I need a tyre change badly as one of my back tyre was punctured and was replaced with a spare tyre by a mechanic to my house on 14/8/23.
Afterwhich, I called Bob Jane T-Marts , and had made an appointment to do it on the same day.
I drove there and was greeted by Mr Eddy. I told him I need a new tyre and straight away he recommended me Goodyear. I am very pleased and told him that I trusted his recommendation and he arranged one of his colleague to had it changed. Very efficient and great team work.
I am very happy to have such awesome and friendly service and highly recommend this company to anyone.
Mo and the team were first class in assisting ourselves with a replacement of a punctured tyre. It was a same day turnaround (in fact within half a day) noting we reached out to them in the morning for assistance and they were very responsive. A great experience and would thoroughly recommend. I had the best service, they fitted me in for a tyre repair on the day despite being extremely busy. They were so kind and welcoming to me and my screaming 9 week old baby, and had my car fixed fast so we could get out without hassle. Thanks so much Mo and the team, you honestly made my day.

Myself and many others can highly recommend coming here for all your tire needs based purely on the professionalism and meticulous work that assistant manager Eddie puts in.
Needing four new tires in a hurry he was able to organise and fit them for me with no hesitation.
Thanks to his work I am able to now drive safely and securely on the road and no longer feel like I am on the edge of a blown tire.
I won’t hesitate to return straight to him for all my tire needs from now on!

price match didnt happen ,even on catalogue said they will beat price or match price. eg. Bridgestone tyres are cheaper at the shop near Tmart oakleigh. . but Tmart was reluctant to match price and said its cheaper because the shop near by are direct agents for Bridgestone. . so dont expect price match
Replaced 4 Tyers at the best price here! With Mo’s customer service expertise and his recommendations he won me over! Highly recommend it was a smooth process.
Reasonable service, but they appeared to be bending under the weight of demand.
Rang a couple of competitors and they appeared to be the same or worse.
Perhaps it’s the time of year.
When I drove the car away I discovered that there was a dreadful flapping sound coming from the front passenger tyre.
I think that it has had a label struck across the tread and when it was removed a sticky patch remained.
It’s not as noisy now but has hung on.
I would have taken it back if they weren’t so busy.
Hence a star deducted.
